Alltype Engineering continues to be proactive in supporting and promoting diversity and inclusion in what has traditionally been a male dominated industry. Whilst a third of our leadership team is female, we continue to support diversity at all levels of the business. Recently we have employed two female coded welders in collaboration with Austina Engineering, who is one of our prequalifed skilled peak resource labour hire agencies.

Both found their career in a male-dominated trade, who enjoy working in the heavy fabrication sector. Whilst both welcome diversity, each believe women have a keen eye and attention to detail, which are skills that are essential in coded welding works.
