Kelvin Andrijich

Managing Director

Kelvin has 25 years of experience in strategy, leadership, management, project delivery, operations, business development and estimating. He has held multiple directorships and executive roles in companies of varying size, geography and diversity, both in Australia and internationally.

Predominantly having worked within the Oil and Gas Industry, Kelvin also has worked in complimentary industries including Petrochemical, Power Generation, Processing, Marine, Resources and Water Infrastructure.

Kelvin's management knowledge and experience is underpinned by practical multidiscipline construction and fabrication works, including EPC delivery models, and extends through whole of life service and maintenance businesses including packaged compression, power generation and Oil and Gas processing equipment.

Kelvin holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honours), Masters of Business Administration and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kathryn Weeks

Chief Financial Officer

Kathryn is a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Accounting, Minor in Business Law).

Kathryn has over 20 years of experience in the areas of finance, accounting, project costing systems, reporting and governance within the engineering and construction sectors.

In the role of Chief Financial Officer, Kathryn oversees accounting, finance, tax and risk management for Alltype Engineering and ensures compliance with external stakeholders.

John Andrew

General Manager - Electrical and Instrumentation

John has extensive experience in electrical and instrumentation works, with over 25 years in construction contracting predominantly within the oil and gas, infrastructure and mining sectors.

After successfully operating his own E&I contracting business for over 15 years, specialising in high pressure gas installations, he joined Alltype Engineering and leads the Electrical and Instrumentation Services Division which operates across Australia, both onshore and offshore.

With strong experience in project and construction management, John specialises in Electrical hazardous areas and gas facilities and infrastructure.

John is a qualified A Class Electrician and holds the Electrical contracting licence for Alltype Engineering. He is committed to safety leadership, performance improvement initiatives and takes pride in developing our electrical team from the ground up, working with our SMP capabilities to offer a truly integrated project solution.

Shane Ashworth

Chief Operating Officer

Shane was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in August 2022 and brings more than 20 years of fabrication and construction experience to the company. He has a solid operational industry foundation and an astute approach to all aspects of pre-contracts including business development, estimating and proposals and contract negotiation.

Through leadership and professionalism, Shane has successfully implemented and influenced business planning processes and driven robust project pipeline management in resources, energy and infrastructure industries.

Shane’s extensive knowledge and experience allow the company to pursue and undertake a range of diverse and challenging projects.

Brent McMeikan

Operations Manager – Minor Projects

Brent has over 15 years of work in operations and project leadership, where he has established himself as a distinguished leader possessing the strategies, experience, and skills necessary to drive operational efficiency and goal completion.

Brent’s background includes working closely with cross-functional teams while managing staff to ensure that projects are completed within scheduled timeframes. Brent has an extensive background working on major onshore / offshore projects and operations throughout Australia.

Brent prides himself on his ability to rapidly and accurately determine what teams need to succeed in achieving company and customer goals.

Nick Smith

Processing Manager

Nick has over 27 years of experience within the engineering and manufacturing industry, in both the United Kingdom and Australia. His career includes a foundation of 16 years within the Aerospace Industry, before joining Alltype Engineering in 2007.

Nick has an in-depth knowledge of modern CNC and robotic machine manufacturing techniques and processes, as well as a wealth of knowledge using 3D modelling software packages.

Nick has over 5 years experience managing the processing team at Alltype Engineering, driving efficient, cost effective and quality processed steel, plate and piping products for the company and our clients.

Dave Arrowsmith

HSEQ Manager

Dave has in excess of 20 years of experience within the Oil & Gas, Civil Infrastructure and Defence Industries dealing with Human Resources, Learning and Development and Leadership. 

Dave has held numerous positions in his career, dealing with the requirements of Legislation, Standards, Codes of Practice and Guidance Notes including the development, implementation, certification, maintenance and monitoring of Quality Assurance and HSE Management Systems including AS/NZS ISO 9001, AS/NZS ISO 3834.2, AS/NZS 5131 (CC3) AS/NZS ISO 45001.

Dave proactively takes ownership of our HSEQ team, ensuring we drive a consistently improving safety and quality focused workplace, whilst maintaining the compliance of our management system.
