Congratulations APA Group on Official Opening of the Northern Gas Interconnect

APA Group’s new Northern Goldfields Interconnect (NGI) pipeline was officially opened on 28 July 2023 by Western Australia Minister for Mines and Petroleum; Energy; Hydrogen Industry and Industrial Relations the Hon. Bill Johnston MLA.   

Alltype Engineering Managing Director Kelvin Andrijich noted "a fantastic investment in Western Australia by APA Group. We were extremely proud to be involved with this project on the Ambania Compressor Station and supporting the pipeline facilities."  

The NGI pipeline commences at Ambania, east of Geraldton, and connect to the Goldfields Gas Pipeline, south of Leinster.  Western Australia Minister for Mines and Petroleum; Energy; Hydrogen Industry and Industrial Relations, the Hon. Bill Johnston MLA said "projects like the NGI drive economic diversification and growth".
