Servicing the entire oil and gas supply chain
Alltype Engineering entered the oil and gas industry through SECWA in our early days of operation and have supported the oil and gas industry in Western Australia ever since.
In the upstream subsea area, we have fabricated subsea modules, subsea structures and frames, installation aids and transition pipe spooling for offshore developments including the Gorgon project for Chevron, tie back components for Woodside on the North West Shelf through to CALM buoy tie in piping on the Vermillion Energy Wandoo B platform.
Offshore, we have completed numerous brownfield projects involving SMP and turnkey projects, such as major maintenance works on the Atwood Oceanics Eagle, BHP Petroleum’s Skua and Jabiru FPSO’s, cooling system upgrades on the Apache Energy Stag Platform and design and constructed packaged flare snuffing and ignition skids for the Vermillion Energy Wandoo B platform.
Offshore and subsea pipeline installation equipment and aids have also been manufactured for lay barges and rigs, including stingers, carrier pipe spacer supports, J-tools and offshore construction appurtenances unique to each installation scope.
Onshore, Alltype Engineering completed the SMP scope associated with the Griffin Gas Plant Optimisation Project for BHP Petroleum, the installation and hook up of the K107 gas lift compressor package on Thevenard Island for Chevron, turnkey compressor station installations for AGIG / DBP and numerous DBP and APA Group pipeline meter stations and facilities all over Western Australia.
The list of major Tier One contractors who we have supplied process piping, fabricated structural steel and static process equipment is also extensive and some examples include:
