AWARD OF CORE BUSINESS CONTRACT FOUNDATION FOR NATIONAL EXPANSION INTO THE EAST COAST
APA Group has contracted Alltype Engineering to deliver a new pipeline offtake and meter facility, and a two-unit Electric Motor Drive (EMD) Reciprocating Gas Compressor and Delivery Station for a gas storage pipeline near Kurri Kurri, in New South Wales, as part of the Hunter Power Project. This award represents the largest single contract in the company’s 38 year history and reflects the capability to deliver multidiscipline projects of this value and technical complexity.
The project involves site establishment, earthworks, civil, piling, concrete, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation scopes, for both workshop (structural steel, pipe spooling and skids) and onsite construction. The award of this contract further ignites our team’s presence on the east coast of Australia to deliver a key piece of infrastructure as part of the Hunter Power Project. Alltype Engineering continues to expand market presence and capabilities by safely and reliably delivering multidisciplinary projects, particularly in remote areas.
