Scope of Works

Alltype Engineering was contracted to supply two Chloralkali Storage Vessels for the Coogee Chloralkali Kemerton Plant.

Scope of work included the provision of Detail Drawings, Material Supply (A333Gr6 & PT490), Material Processing / Forming, Fabrication, NDT (100% RT/UT), PWHT, Pressure Testing, Surface Treatment and Delivery.

Due to the low operational temperatures of the vessels (approx. -40°C), long lead low temperature materials were sourced, and Alltype Engineering’s QA/QC developed and qualified multiple project specific welding procedures by using GTAW, FCAW and SAW.
