Scope of Works

Alltype Engineering was contracted to provide full turnkey facilities construction works for APA Group as a part of the overall Agnew Gas Pipeline Construction Project.

This project involved works across two remote construction sites; the Agnew Delivery Station and Kyarra Offtake Station, with SIMOP’s comprising the following disciplines:

• Offsite workshop fabrication of high-pressure facility piping to ASME B31.3
• Offsite workshop fabrication of high-pressure gas pipeline piping and components to AS 2885.2 
• Site establishment 
• Bulk Earthworks including site grading and pad build up
• Precast Concrete Installation
• Structural, Mechanical and Piping (SMP) installation of skids, structural platform and racks, interconnecting piping and inlet pipeline from the GGP
• NDT, hydrotesting, surface treatment and tie-in works
• Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) including offsite workshop fit-out of the facility Control Room
• Hazardous Area Installation and EEHA Inspections
• Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Support prior to Facilities handover to APA

Being awarded this project was a great achievement for Alltype Engineering and was followed with an aggressive delivery schedule that was completed within a very short 8 weeks site schedule with zero incidents.
