Alltype Engineering Services has a purpose built, 660sq m workshop dedicated to stainless steel and alloy fabrication.

This workshop has the advantage of being completely isolated from the main workshop, thus eliminating any chance of contamination.Alltype Engineering Services applies the same proven management methods to the stainless steel division of the company, as those used to achieve positive results in the other divisions.

To further assist with maintaining the highest level of workmanship and fabrication techniques, Alltype Engineering Services has become a member of the Australian Stainless Steel Development Association. Alltype Engineering Services now offers a full Stainless Alloy Fabrication service to include the following:

• Fabrication of all light and heavy gauge structural materials

• Manufacture of process tanks and pressure vessels

• Fabrication of pipe spooling

• Coded welding to Australian and International standards

• Welding of all grades of stainless steel and alloys such as inconel, 3CR12, monel, duplex and super duplex materials.

In this workshop, skid assembly is also carried out, for Water Treatment and Gas Processing Plant, including any plastic pipe fabrication, and Electrical / Instrumentation installation.

Workshop No 2 can handle individual items to the following sizes:

• Maximum diameter 3.5 m
• Maximum length 20 meters
• Maximum weight 15 t
