The business trading name of Alltype Engineering Services was registered in 1985, and commenced operation primarily to service the power generation industry with high pressure welding, industrial insulation and asbestos removal, hence the company name.

The business currently owned by Exceleng Corporation Pty Ltd., was established in 1996, with the present directors being the principal shareholders. All of whom are actively engaged in managerial positions, within the Company.

The company has diversified substantially over the years into the general engineering field, and now also contracts to the mining, petrochemical, oil and gas (on and offshore), mineral processing, water treatment / distribution and marine industries.

The last few years have seen the business employing an average of more then 50 personnel.

RECENT MAJOR CONTRACTS INCLUDE :-

  • 2002, Leighton, Harvey Dam – Fabricate and install piping and structural steel, for pipeline and intake tower. Value $2.2m
  • 2003, Clough Offshore, Victoria Gas – Shop fabricate piping and sub sea structures. Value $1.0m.
  • 2002/3, DM Civil, Sampson Brook – Trunk Main. Value $1.4m.
  • 2003, John Holland / Macdow, Burrup Seawater Pipeline – Pipe fabrication and labour supply. Value $0.6m.
  • 2003, John Thompson, Harding Dam WTP – Shop fabrication of piping, site installation of CMF Cells, piping and mechanicals. Value $1.5m.
  • 2004, Veolia / John Holland, Kwinana Water Re-use Plant – Shop fabrication and site installation of piping, CMF Cells, RO Units, and mechanicals. Value $2.0m.
  • 2004-2006, DM Civil, 1400 NB Serpentine - Canning link trunk main. Value $3.8m.
  • 2004, Monadelphous Engineering, Tertiary and Product surge bins for Yandi rion ore mine expansion. Value $1.3m.
  • 2004-2005, BHP Billiton, Kambalda Nickel No.3 dryer / scrubber replacement. Value $1.4m.
  • 2004-2006, DM Civil, 1200 NB trunk main from Kwinana desalination plant to the Thomsons Lake Reservoir. Value $1.45m.
  • 2006, John Thomson Engineering, Shop fabrication and site installation of piping, storage tanks and mechanical items. Value $1.05m.
  • 2007-2008, D+Z Construction, supply, fabrication and installation of MSCL cooling water pipework up to 1800 NB pipe for Bluewater Power Station. Value $3.4m
  • 2007-2008, D+Z Construction, supply, fabrication and installation of below ground services pipework, including PE, PVC, steel and MSCL pipework for Bluewater Power Station. Value $2.1m
