Automated Processing: CNC Pipe Processing

Our company’s state of the art pipe processing machine is the largest of its type in Australia. It is capable of processing carbon steel and stainless steel pipe to the following specifications:  

• Up to 13.5 metres in length
• From 80mm NB through to 2000mm NB
• Wall thickness range from 1.6 mm up to 100 mm.
• Most pipe profiles, complete with weld prep can be achieved. Including:
  • Mitre cuts for lobster back-bends
  • Straight branches on centre or off-set
  • Angle branches on centre or off-set
  • Dummy legs for butt weld elbows
  • Compensation plates for branches.
